Promesas del Señor (Seguridad y Confianza)

Si alguna iniquidad hubiere en tu mano, y la echares de ti,

Y no consintieres que more en tu casa la injusticia,

Entonces levantarás tu rostro limpio de mancha,

Y serás fuerte, y nada temerás;

Y olvidarás tu miseria,

O te acordarás de ella como de aguas que pasaron.

La vida te será más clara que el mediodía;

Aunque oscureciere, será como la mañana.

Tendrás confianza, porque hay esperanza;

Mirarás alrededor, y dormirás seguro.

Te acostarás, y no habrá quien te espante;

Y muchos suplicarán tu favor.

Job 11:14-19

if you put away the sin that is in your hand

    and allow no evil to dwell in your tent,

then, free of fault, you will lift up your face;

    you will stand firm and without fear.

 You will surely forget your trouble,

    recalling it only as waters gone by.

 Life will be brighter than noonday,

    and darkness will become like morning.

You will be secure, because there is hope;

    you will look about you and take your rest in safety.

You will lie down, with no one to make you afraid,

    and many will court your favor.
